足球比分直播 is required to determine the earned and unearned portions of Title IV aid (Federal 金融援助) within 45 days of the date in which Student Financial Services is 不ified, 一个学生不再去上他/她所有的课. Earned and unearned aid is based on the amount of time a student spent in attendance. Up through the 60 percent point in each semester a pro-rata schedule is used to determine the amount of Federal 金融援助 a student has earned at the time of withdrawal. After the 60 percent point in the semester a student has earned 100 percent of their Federal

The Return of Title IV Funds (R2T4) regulations do 不 dictate an institutional refund policy. Withdrawing from or ceasing to attend classes can result in owing a balance to 与之 if a student does 不 earn enough financial aid to cover their bill.

Sally Student is enrolled in two classes and is charged $1,300 in tuition and fees. 因此, the R2T4 calculation dictates that Sally gets to keep $400 (or 40 percent) of her financial aid. Sally’s balance due 与之 is now $900 because she withdrew after the 与之 refund period ($1,300 – $400).

在大多数情况下, only students who have withdrawn from all classes and/or have been reported as 不 participating/attending are subject to the R2T4 calculation. Situations that would 不 require a R2T4 calculation include students who were only awarded federal work-study and those students who never began attendance in any classes. Also, if a student withdraws from some, but 不 all their classes, a R2T4 is usually 不 required. The exception to this rule includes students who are attending 13 week classes, R2T4计算 五月 be required based on any withdrawal from a class during that period of enrollment. 如果你参加的课程长度少于15周, please consult the financial aid office to determine how a withdrawal will affect your financial aid eligibility.

与之 will return the required amount of Federal/State financial aid based on the R2T4 calculation based upon the following priority: Pell Grant, 联邦补充教育机会补助金(FSEOG), 直接补贴贷款, 直接无补贴贷款和联邦直接加贷款. Student Financial Services will then bill a student for any outstanding balance.

Acceptable methods of payment for paying an outstanding balance after a R2T4 calculation include cash, 学生 who owe 钱 can be sent to the College’s collection agencies and then to the state intercept program, 根据财务处的政策和程序处理所有未付账单.

Post-Withdrawal支付:

Occasionally a student who withdraws from 与之 is entitled to a post-withdrawal disbursement. A post-withdrawal disbursement occurs when the R2T4 calculation determines that a student is entitled to financial aid even though the student has completely withdrawn or stopped attending. If a student withdraws and is entitled to a post-withdrawal disbursement of a student loan or a parent is entitled to a post-withdrawal disbursement of a Parent Loan for Undergraduate 学生 (PLUS), a disbursement 不ice is mailed to the student informing them of their eligibility for the loan funds. It is your right/responsibility as a student to 不ify 与之 within two weeks of the date of the letter if you do 不 wish to receive the loan funds. If you decline the post-withdrawal disbursement or do 不 respond to the disbursement 不ice, 取款后贷款将被取消.
